Crunchy ice cream sandwich
Ice cream sandwiches served on a plate are halfway between cake and ice cream. Cut the sandwich on the diagonal, coat with dark chocolate and sprinkle with toppings such as crushed nuts, coconut or dried flower petals. Garnish with fresh figs or seasonal fruits, flavoured whipped cream and a generous drizzle of chocolate. Try different combinations and presentations using seasonal fruits and other ingredients you have on hand.
