Light cream with strawberries and cookie pieces
Make a velvety custard using your favourite Agropur milk, then combine it with an equal amount of whipping cream until it is light and airy. Serve it in a small glass with strawberries for a refreshing option on your take-out or delivery menu. You can also use it as a base for a garden fruit tart.
Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the flour, mix well and then pour in the boiling milk. Put it back on the heat for another three minutes, stirring constantly. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill completely in the fridge.
Whisk the cream into whipped cream. Whisk the chilled custard until smooth. Gently add one-third of the whipped cream to the custard, and then stir in the rest. Pour into a piping bag and use it to garnish your desserts.
