Whipped cream is the perfect ingredient in this incredibly creamy mousse: it’s blended with cream cheese and caramel for a decadent, gourmet dessert!

Mix the caramel with the softened cream cheese until smooth and even. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture using a flexible spatula. Place the mousse in a pastry bag fitted with a fluted tip and pipe into small ramekins. Finally, garnish with caramel popcorn!

This dessert can be adapted to the season: you can replace the caramel with fresh raspberries, passion fruit or melted white chocolate.
