Sushi pizza with salmon tartar, avocado and cheddar
With its firm, light texture and nutty taste, cheddar is one of the most versatile cheeses.
Try it on a decadent sushi pizza! Assemble by placing a hot fried rice cake on each plate. Add a slice of cheddar and let it melt. Combine the pollock, salmon, avocado, green onion and spicy mayo, and put a generous amount of the mixture on top and garnish with microgreens.
